Track cleaning and disinfection of vehicles
The maintenance and disinfection of your vehicle fleet is a key criteria for your quality of service. Whenever one of your vehicles is back to the parking lot, you must make sure that the cleaning and disinfection has been carried out. Ensuring the traceability of these interventions enables you to guarantee the health safety of your users and to keep them informed.
With Ubiqod, the implementation of this traceability becomes easy: each time a teammate comes to clean a vehicle, it begins his work by scanning a QR Code, then identifies himself using a PIN code. The date of intervention as well as the identity of the teammate are directly transmitted to your information system.
If your teams are not equipped with smartphones, you can install connected buttons in each bus and assign codes (colors or numbers) to be entered on the IoT-devices.
Setup your Sites
Create one or more Sites corresponding to your parking lot addresses.
Setup your teammate PIN Code list (optional)
Create your team PIN code list and attribute a code to each teammate.
You can also decide to manage teammate codes in your app. In this case, do not configure any PIN code list, Ubiqod will simply send the code entered which you can then process in your application.
Setup your Qods or IoT-devices
Track by scanning QR codes
Create a Qod for each vehicle:
- Use your vehicle identifier to name the Qod
- Select the Site corresponding to the vehicle parking lot
- Select the Qod Action 'Compose a code' and optionally the teammate PIN code list previously created
- Unselect all Qod Conditions
- Print the Qod and fix it in the vehicle!
Anytime a teammate scans the Qod, he will be asked to enter his identifying PIN code. Then, the time stamped tracking will be transmitted.
Track by entering a code on IoT-devices
Configure an IoT-devices for each vehicle:
- Use your vehicle identifier to name the IoT-device
- Select the Site corresponding to the vehicle parking lot
- (optional) Select the previously created PIN code list
- Select the option "Force code mode"
Anytime a teammate enter his identifying code on the IoT-device, the time stamped tracking will be dispatched.
Dispatch data to your App
Time stamped trackings can be collected in Excel or GSheet files.
